Mauritius wont install.

I purchased from SimMarket just a few mins ago and cannot install it. please help

I have tried run as admin. restarted and also tried install to a different location.

This usually happens when the installer hasn't been downloaded correctly. Just download it again and give it another try.

I have downloaded it twice it still happens. I purchased on simarket but is there alternative download means? I can provide my details for checking if required.

If that happens more than once it's usually because an antivir program blocks the download.

Ok Ill try turning windows defender and firewall off but I have no additional anti virus software. Ill try when I get home.

disabled everything and re downloaded from simarket. still doing the same.
