What's the runway problems at LGIR?

Hi, I downloaded and installed the latest LGIR for P3Dv4, and add to the scenery library manually as below. But what's wrong with the runway and apron?

Looks like the airport altitude is not correct. Try to reinstall the scenery.

It's work after I uninstall then install FSDG scenery and Scenery Configuration. Thank you.
