hello, I saw that FSIA is for V4 but, he is just an installer or he has the dinamic lighting on the aprons? thank you

I'm not a FSDG developer, but it's likely that it'll support dynamic lighting.
I can recommend you to contact the developers though.

There are dynamic lights at FSIA and FSPP.
