No P3Dv4 Option for Greenland Nuuk

Good evening FSDG,

I purchased your Greenland Nuuk scenery and the installer does not give me an option for installing into P3Dv4 although in the description it says it's P3Dv4 compatible, all I have is options for FSX, FSX:Steam Edition and P3Dv3.

Also the Installer notes mention the following:

To install FSDG-Greenland Nuuk please run FSDG_Greenland Nuuk_v2_FSX_P3D.exe

In the ZIP file there is no such file, just an exe file called:

FSDG-Greenland Nuuk_v1.0_FSX_P3D.exe

How do I get an updated current version of Greenland Nuuk?

Did you purchase the addon in our shop? There should be 2 different downloads, one for FSX/FSX:SE/P3Dv3 and one for P3Dv4. Looks like you downloaded the other one.

Hi Thorsten,

I didn't buy it at your shop. I downloaded from the link in my account after purchase, it was a ZIP file around 4 GB.

The files and folder in the ZIP are:

Please Read_installation notes.txt
FSDG-Greenland Nuuk_v1.0_FSX_P3D.exe
FSDG

As I said, the text file mentions to run FSDG_Greenland Nuuk_v2_FSX_P3D.exe, but there is no such file.

How do I get the correct ZIP, what should it be called?

In which shop did you purchase the addon? It's usually best to contact the shop support if you can't access the latest version.

I bought it at Justflight and redownloaded the file, this is what it shows:



As you can see, no option for P3Dv4.

Why would they still have the old version if their website says it's the new version?

There should be two different downloads in your download account. You downloaded the one for FSX&P3Dv3. If there is no other download link please contact their support.
