LGRP 1.3 MSFS2024 missing ILS

Hello,
have installed 1.3 for MSFS2024, ILS24 not working.
When i disable FSDG Rhodos FS2024 in Community the in standard scenery ILS works.

According to the latest NOTAMs, the 24 ILS is not active at the moment.
