GMAD error

Hi. I just bought the FSDG version of Agadir, GMAD, for X-Plane 11. Unfortunately, unlike the default Laminar airport or simple freeware sceneries I have used before, various objects, including all my AI traffic, now appear sunk into the tarmac. Aircraft also 'skate' across the ground as you pan, changing their relative position to ground markings (first two screenshots).

I have tried running the sim with 'Runways Follow Terrain Contour' both on and off; I tried removing the flatten line in your apt.dat file (counter-intuitive, but just in case...); I also tried changing the airport elevation in that file to 250' (as Laminar has it) from your 249'. But to no avail. There seem to be two ground surfaces being drawn and the problem objects are 'choosing' the lower one, which is below the visible pavement files.

Is there a solution to this? I thought I would be able to fix it myself, but none of the 'usual methods' have worked for me.
