VRMM Male elevation issue P3Dv4

I have just purchased and installed VRMM into P3Dv4, and am seeing the following elevation issue. I have no other sceneries loaded in the area of the Maldives so can't see any conflicts. The scenery is loaded at the top of my scenery library. Can anyone assist with how to resolves, please?

There's probably another addon like an AI traffic addon that brings its own VRMM bgl file. Maybe check if there are any *VRMM files in the default folders or any of the other addon folders you have.
