Installed and did my first flight here today. I have no runway lights nor any taxiway lights. There are only lights at the terminals.
Do you know what i need to do to fix this?

Please set the scenery density to a higher setting.
This will be changed in the upcoming v1.2 update.

Just a general question, how do I find out regarding new versions ? The filenames of the installers seems to remain always the same ?
