FSDG Configurator Tool for FSX: Steam Edition

Hello,
I just bought from Steam your Heraklion airport (LGIR) and I want to customize some things from the configurator. I download the configurator from your website, I installed it and when I'm going to launch it says that I don't have any FSDG products. I read all the topics for this on your website, I try to install it again in different folders (on the DLC folder of Steam in different subfolders such as this path D:\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\DLC\379540\FSDG or D:\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\DLC\379540\FSDG\scripts and many other folders) but there is no result. The same happens with the Makedonia airport (LGTS) in Thessaloniki that I bought 1 month ago. Please give me some help-advice about what to do because these airports are masterpieces but need some customization for smooth gameplay.

In which folder is the FSDG-Heraklion folder on your system?

The FSDG-Heraklion is installed here: D:\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\DLC\379586\FSDG

You mean inside that folder, so that the Heraklion scenery folder has this path:
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\DLC\379586\FSDG\FSDG-Heraklion\scenery

In that case, please select D:\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\DLC\379586\FSDG as the location for the scenery configurator.

You can ask us as many times as it takes for you to get all your FSDG addons working.

Please make sure that after the installation of our addon and our scenery configurator, you end up with this folder structure:

/FSDG -> this is where the "FSDG-Scenery Configurator_v1.0.exe" is located
/FSDG/docs
/FSDG/images
/FSDG/scripts
/FSDG/FSDG-ADDON_NAME/scenery
/FSDG/FSDG-ADDON_NAME/texture

Then, the scenery configurator should work.

I have scenery configurator v1.1 not 1.0. I don't know if this create the problem, but in your website the version of your configurator is the 1.0. I tried thousands of times to install it in every possible folder, but there is no result. Here there are some photos of my DLC folder in order to tell me is there is a proper location for the configurator. I want to sovle the problem because I want to buy some other airports from your website. Below you can see these photos, both with FSDG folders. Which one of them must be the installation folder?. Steam make the DLCs complicated thus I am asking you over and over again.

Please move the FSDG folder from the379540 folder into the 379586 folder.
In that FSDG folder, there should then be the configurator.exe and the FSDG-Heraklion folder (as well as the images, docs, scripts folders).
