Well, New Seaplane Is Opened As Follows:

On 17 November 2019, new Seaplane Terminal was opened with operations commencing with a Manta Air flight. Trans Maldivian Airways and Maldivian Seaplane will follow later. In order to allow the new runway 18/36 to begin operating, all TMA Seaplane Terminals will be closed with all operations transferring to the new terminal building by May 2020. (Source: Wikipedia)

Just to clarify things: We are indeed working on VRMM Malé Velana International Airport.
Construction of the new main terminal will take longer than we expected, though. We won't release a new scenery before the new terminal is finished.
