Indeed the complete ground is missing. You don't have this if you start at Paro? Do you use DX10?

after performing a 2,5 hour flight from BKK my groundpoly at Paro wasn't visible (see pics).

There are few charts available for FSIA and FSPP, and those that can be found are probably not legal, so I can't give you a link here. Google is your friend, though.
