Moving map not detecting a flight

I tried both X-plane and MSFS 2024 flights and the Moving Map did not work. I saw a message at the top that said "No tracker". Not sure what that means. Is there anything special about the installation, other than running the .exe?

The Flight Tracker is the central tool of the Flight Suite. It needs to be running in order for the Moving Map to work.

Flight Tracker runs before Moving Map, but tracking works not in X-Plane 12.4.3. In MSFS 2024 it works perfect.

Do you use the Steam Edition?

Where is the Flight Tracker app? I don't see it.

After installation, it should start automatically. Also, there's 3 (or 4 if you have the pro version) new shortcuts on your desktop, the Flight Tracker, the Logbook and the Moving Map.
We suggest to make the Tracker auto-start with Windows (see Tracker settings) as it has practically no performance hit and you won't have to worry about not having tracked a flight in the future.
