I have Bangalore v1.3.1 installed in MSFS 2024 with SU4 - the scenery version that was released as an installer download on Dec 12th on SimBrief.

In contrast to the problem I recently had at Cusco (where no jetways were displayed - but this has been fixed in the last update), I see some of the jetways at VOBL, but others won't show up. GSX also seems to detect a jetway (e.g. at gate 12), but cannot display passengers boarding or deboarding. Find some screenshots of what I am seeing below.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

The ones you see are static jetways (MSFS still can't use more than one jetway per parking). The actual jetways are missing, either because of wrong data (best to download and install again - I was told everything is fixed now on the servers) or because GSX excludes them.

It took my a few days to be able to try: it turns out SimMarket no longer offers the installer as a download, but refers you tu Aerosoft One. So I had version 1.3.1 installed through AS One already. Anyway, I just deinstalled and reinstalled it, but I still see only static jetways at VOBL.

Is it possible that the fix for Bangalore was not released on the Aerosoft server?
I remember that when the fix for Cusco was released, it had a new version number (1.6.1a) - this did not happen with VOBL.

I don't think it's GSX, because GSX generally does not exclude jetways in MSFS 2024. In any case I checked, and no exclusions are listed in the GSX configuration menu.

There had been issues with AS One lately, but I was told they were fixed. I will ask them to look into VOBL again, though on monday.

Update: I just checked, and Aerosoft released v. 1.3.1 Rev A today. Now everything looks as it should.
