Hallo,

I don't know if i can ask this here but the recent release of Casablanca GMMN has a problem for me.
I don't have jetways ath this scenery. (screenshot added)

I have no other GMMN sceneries installed, i have GSX but this is the only airport with problems ( i have more then 250, and all FSDG sceneries)

Could there be a bug? Can you help me with this, or do i need to wait for aerosoft for an answer[/img]?

Is this FS2024? Which graphics settings do you use?

It is MSFS2024 but the strange thing to me is that the version in Aerosoft one allwasy stated MSFS, not MSFS2024 also when installing it in Aerosoft one and clearly the msfs2024 Libary there is only MSFS in the name, there is nowhere MSFS2024 Visible...

I have a 4070ti 64gb ram 13900K
TLOD and OLOD at 100 all other things high or ultra...
It's the only fsdg airport with the problem... Like Hurghada is working fine!

Also whit an empty comminity folder this problem is present...

I did more testing and nothing works
Reinstall afther clearing all caches, scenery indexes empty comunity folder... Nothing is solving it!
tested a lot of other addons, all have gates,... Only GMMN hasn't.
Searched all folders for GMMN files that could be installed, there are none, just fsdg version...

Really don't know what i can do more... For me the problem has to be in the product itselfs!

I installed the msfs2020 version via Aerosoft, copied over to msfs2024
And jetways are present...

There is a problem with the installer for msfs2024...

Just checked again and I can't confirm this.
Do the jetways appear when you get really close to them?

no the only time they are present is with the 2020 version in msfs2024.
Also with high lods they did not come
fully deleting gsx doesn't solve it also
Only msfs2020 version of GMMN gives jetways in msfs2024

Is there a difference in msfs2020 or msfs2024 versions of your airport?
in config files or some other files...

I can search for the problem, if i know what is different then the problem is in that segment of the addon.

Another simmer comfirms the issue in msfs2024...

After the latest updates, FS2020 and FS2024 versions are different. If the version number is x.x.1 that usually means there's a seperate FS2024 version now.
We'll look into it.

Thanx there is another simmer with the problem also talking about ground texture problem (other forum post then stated above)
Also on simmarket there is a review with the no jetway problem.

Please try again friday, after Aerosoft updated their files and sent them to SimMarket as well.
I updated the installer. Shouldn't have been faulty in the first place, but you never know.

If it still does not work:

- check graphics settings (High/Ultra)
- check if jetways pop up if you get very close to them
- check if GSX prevents our jetways (exclude call in GSX)
- check if any other scenery might interfere
- check if there are any leftovers of the fs2020 version that was used in fs2024 before

All the checks allready been done...
There are allready more posts about the problems. More on simmarket and in msfs2024 forums.

Just installed the Rev A file via Aerosoft for MSFS2024.
Problem still present, there are no jetways.

When i install the Rev A file for msfs2020 in msfs2020 and copy paste it to msfs2024 comunity folder,
Problem solved, all gates present

All checks done again, No solution

Did you use the installer or get the files from Aerosoft ONE?

Yes everytime... That's the only way i could get it...

Do you not use Aerosoft ONE or is it not available there? It should be.

Sorry, i am using Aerosoft one, cause that is the only way i can use it... With simmarket i am getting only the option to install aerosoft one.. Not the installer from fsdg itselfs..

So i installed it via Aerosoft one.
