FACT jetways non-functional

Are there any updates on fixing the jetways at FACT? It's frustrating to purchase a product claiming animated jetways and then later to discover in the sim and on forums that they don't work.

They do not connect to the aircraft - they hover a few metres away. Not sure if it is a GSX issue but only see it at FACT

Maybe you can add which aircraft you are using?

They only swivel at the "head" unit and do not meet up with the aircraft. I'll load the sim up and take more screenshots in various aircraft. I have attached the two I have from the Maddog

Gate A4 worked kinda correctly but it is still halfway into the aircraft

Yes, the T-jetways are not yet behaving the way we want them to. We're looking into that.
