SODE Jetways HEGN

Hello,
I just bought Hurghada scenery for P3Dv5, after installation, there is no jetways. Checking all files in ProgramData/12bPilot/SODE/SimObjects, there is no (supposed to be here) FSDG_SODE_HEGN file, while it was correctly installed when I purchased FMEE/FIMP and others.
Back to SODE/xml file, same here, no FSDG_SODE_HEGN.xml

In fact, Hurghada is not even appearing in the list of SODE Link on the FSDG Configurator.

FSDG Configurator is up to date (v1.1), SODE Link is also up to date (v3.1), SODE is up to date (v1.7.1)

Can you tell me what's wrong please ?

Did you download and install our SODElink from our website (again) to check you have the latest version?

Of course I did. I even reinstalled FSDG Configurator and SODE Link. All file paths are the same as previous sceneries installed, yet the only one to not have any jetways/sode activated

UP ? Because for now it's such a disappointment to not be able to fly there and spent 25€ for nothing...

Please download our Scenery Configurator again from the website and make sure you choose P3Dv5 on install. The installer can install different versions of our Scenery Configurator for the different simulators (FSX, P3Dv4, P3Dv5).

I'm upping this topic. I did that 4 times.
I repeat, all softwares are up to date and correctly configured for P3Dv5
All other sceneries I have, sode is perfectly working except Hurghada
There is no sign of any sode file following the installation of HEGN scenery
In the configurator there is no such a button or nothing regarding Hurghada in the SODE Link window. Just like it DOESN'T EXIST.
The file "FSDG_SODE_HEGN" does NOT exist in the ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\SimObjects
The document "FSDG_SODE_HEGN.xml" does NOT exist in the SODE\xml file.

None of any new installer I get from the website is installing SODE.
I even tried to uninstall FMEE and reinstall it with exactly the same softwares, well, SODE is installing itself.


Please someone can just send me those two ?

Not quite sure what you mean, but it sounds like you haven't installed our SODElink:

I don't want to be harsh, but as I said, everything, I repeat EVERYTHING (Scenery, SODE Link, Configurator) is well installed and up to date. Yet I don't have ANY jetway at Hurghada BECAUSE Sode is not installing there. EVERY other scenery has SODE and is working perfectly.
Why you keep telling me to install this or to check if it's updated while I said many times that everything is already installed with the last update ??
I already did what you said at least 5 times and still not a single jetway at HEGN.

I can't tell you why it's not in the list, because it should be. We have not had any similar reports with HEGN yet.
The SODElink installer includes all necessary files. If you download the latest version and run it, you should definitely have HEGN in that list.
Does the folder C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\xml contain the file FSDG_SODE_HEGN.xml? It is installed by the SODElink installer.

I can't see any logical reason why the file shouldn't be installed. It works for all other users as well as here on our test PCs.
Can you please tell me the exact file version of the SODElink installer you used? It should be 3.1.0.11.
