MSFS Nairobi ILS Misalignment

The MSFS Nairobi runway 06 is not aligned with the ILS. This happens on all aircraft I've tried. The sceneries for P3D and X-Plane are fine, only MSFS. I've attached screenshots for reference.

I think this is happening after Sim Update 4? More sceneries have this issue since this update. Don't know the exact cause though...

I've had this issue since the day the scenery was released. It just didn't bother me much until today.
