I assume this is P3Dv4? Have you had trouble with PBR materials before in P3Dv4?
Was there another LGRP addon installed previously?
Does the ground flicker or is it completely gone?

I have windows 10 and the flight sim P3DV4.3 and I never had a problem with my sceneries! In the past I had installed Rhodes airport from Justsim and uninstalled it from my pc!

Please update your P3Dv4 to v4.4 or 4.5. v4.3 doesn't support PBR materials.
