New Installer

I bought Heraklion from the Flight Sim Store in 2015 but when I download it from there and try to install it into P3Dv4 there is no option, only P3Dv3,

Do I request a new installer from you guys?

I can provide order details and even the serial key if required,

We actually do not know. We can influence our direct retailers (Aerosoft and for some addons SimMarket), but can't control how quick the installers are passed along the line to retailers like FlightSim Store.
