I purchased the Aerosoft Heraklion X BOX version from other supplier. However, there is no update support fro either Aerosoft and the supplier that I purchased from. It seems not fair to Box version buyers as for download version, update version is available to those buyers. Why still selling this to us without any notice that update version will not be available or delay may be occurred.

Aerosoft just replied to my topic in their forum and I have already obtained my free latest download version from them. Thanks both FSDG and Aerosoft for the quick response to solve the update problem.
