Which version of DX10 fixer are you using? Have you made any changes to default settings?

What I meant is, did you make any changes in legacy shaders, lights/effects since the installation?
I just installed v2.7 and without tweaking any settings, the lights seem to be working fine. Did you also have problems during night time?

At night time they look like lights in the air. I have unchecked 3D city lights in FSDG configurator and these anomalies disappeared. My settings in fixer as below:

OK, thanks.
Extract the attached file and place into:
FSDG\FSDG-Thessaloniki\FSDG-Thessaloniki_2_Scenery\texture\
Activate 3D lights & let me know if this worked.

This file has eliminated squares at daytime. Thank you!
As for the night, is it OK that lights are located so high?

The lights are pretty high so that they are seen best from higher altitudes. Some might still remain around the airport though-can you draw a radius around the airport where you get 'high' lights?
I ll get you a file that excludes them.
