We're waiting for the MS test team to test the new version we sent them 3 weeks ago.
There are no issues with other versions of our scenery, just the MSFS store version.

Who do we take to court now ? How can I get a rfund for this product ?

So are you saying this is only for Marketplace purchase - so can i have the exe from you guys ? and test ?

What is the eta for MS and you to get FIMP fixed please ? So we have an idea of timeline if testing is still being done then so be it but please provide a timeline when the new version will be available via the marketplace considering we paid for this product.
That's fair don't you think?
