Heraklion not working P3D

I just installed the newer v2.10 to P3D and I get nothing. First of all I had to load it through the scenery library and that is a red flag. Why does the loader not auto load it the simulator ? I loaded the fsx version with no problems why is this one not responding ? Im not new at this ,however am I missing something?? I loaded both files LC1 and file 2 and It should just load and go not the case please help .................

Are you sure you downloaded and installed the latest version. It should be added with the add-on.xml so you do not have to add it manually to the scenery library.
You cannot install it in FSX after you installed it in P3D though or the P3D installation is gone.
