FSDG Marsa Alam Config Error

Hi everyone, I have a Problem with My Config Tool only with Marsa Alam and Prepar 3D latest Version. Other sceneries no Problem with config tool.

Did all the hints regarding admin, Change Folder admin Settings, complete reinstall and so on. Nothing helps really.
I attached 2 screenshots, they speak for itself. The first two Options bright and dark Ground Color Image make Problems.

should be in:

"FSX/P3D root folder\FSDG\scripts\logs"
