FSDG Bremen No Jetways

Hi, I'm having a problem with the airport for MSFS2024 SU4. No jetways are displayed and some trees are pink. Is there a solution yet?

I just noticed that in manifest.json, “package_version”: “1.1.1” is entered for the MSFS2024 version and not 1.3.1.
My version was downloaded via Aerosoft One.

I just installed the new version via Aerosoft One (1.31revA), but the jetways are still missing The trees are fine.

Did you fully remove the prior version?

Hi, I uninstalled the old version via Aerosoft One and then installed the new version. Is there anything else I can do?

Is there any other issue besides the missing jetways?
Are they completely gone? Or do you still see their shadows?

Please try again friday, after Aerosoft updated their files and sent them to SimMarket as well.
I updated the installer. Shouldn't have been faulty in the first place, but you never know.

If it still does not work:

- check graphics settings (High/Ultra)
- check if jetways pop up if you get very close to them
- check if GSX prevents our jetways (exclude call in GSX)
- check if any other scenery might interfere
- check if there are any leftovers of the fs2020 version that was used in fs2024 before

I've tried everything now, but there are still no jetways available. I installed it via Aerosoft One, version 1.31Rev B.

The jetways should be visible in any case. The only thing we changed lately was that they didn't move sometimes.
Non appearing jetways usually comes from intervening addons like GSX. Did you make sure GSX does not exclude our jetways?

Also, if you have the option to use the FSDG installer instead of installing the files through AS One, it'd be interesting to see if the issue is resolved then. It looks like AS One sometimes messes up updated files.

I have now completely reinstalled Windows and MSFS2024. Only EDDW Bremen is now installed in the simulator. But the jetways are still missing. I can only install the scenery via Aerosoft One. I don't have another installer because I bought the add-on from simmarket.

Why you force us to us Aerosoft One when bought on Simmarket .... its not the first time Aerosoft One published faulty packages to us!

Great, with the update to version 1.3.1revD, the jetways are now available.
