DTTJ - Jetways disfunctionality - Store Version

Hello Guys!
With the MSFS Store version of DTTJ, the jetways cannot be controlled.
Ground services are not provided for in the ATC menu that is accessed at the airport.
I don't use a GSX. I tested the jetways at all gates with the FENIX320.
