Last year I bought VQPR and downloaded it. Later I transferred my Documents folder, then there was an error, so I uninstalled it. And I came to the website and download it a second time, but it said "Your Download has expired or your Link has been canceled". Can the activation code only be used once or i make some mistakes?

Hi, I sent an email to
support@fsdg-online.com about 10 days ago, but seems to be no reply and the problem is still there.

In fact, days later at 6.12, they replyed me and said my email is in their spam folder, and then I sent a reply with informations what they want. This time…emmm can you tell them check their spam folder? Thank you very much.
