GOBD Jetways

Hi:

I'm having issues with GOBD Jetways. Any help would be appreciated please. GSX up-to-date P3Dv5.3 w/ HF.

Looks like that jetway can't serve a heavy aircraft. Did you try another gate?

GSX said that was a for a heavy. I don't think I tried to other door - thanks for that idea.

Looks like the jetway doesn't allow a head rotation of that angle. Might be something we need to fix, as the problem will likely be the same with other doors.
