I can see from the FSX\Scenery\World\scenery folder a file named as AFX_VQPR_ALT.bgl
Does AFX_VQPR_ALT.bgl file to be present with P3Dv4.5 sim as well?

If you want to use the scenery in P3Dv5, please install it for P3Dv4 and copy the respective files into your P3Dv5 folders (best to keep everything in your user documents folders, the default folders suggested by the installer). Then make sure you also edit the add-on.xml files in both the FSDG folder and the scenery folder so they reflect the correct path location.
Both are necessary, the FSDG ALT Files area and the addon scenery area for the scenery to show up properly.

So, the ALT file from FSX\Scenery\World\scenery folder must be present in P3D sims as well, correct?
Actually, the Installer didn't place ALT file in P3Dv4.

Our installers never place files in the actual P3D folders. They are always installed into the user documents folders or whichever folder you selected in the installer menu.
The add-on.xml files in the C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons (or v4 Add-ons) folders point to those files.
Paro includes an ALT file and a respective add-on.xml that calls the file/folder, just like most of our other addons.

I found the ALT files from C:\Users\Patricio Valdes\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons\FSDG\scenery\world\scenery.
Thanks for your great help very professional. You could make the Installer for P3Dv5 sim.
