Old Servers Download Not Working

I trust you are well.

I recently logged into the https://oldorders.fsdg-online.com/ website as instructed for orders that were made on the old eSellerate servers that have since been shut down. I had purchased the FSDG Cape Town Scenery for Prepar3d when FSDG, after logging into my https://oldorders.fsdg-online.com/ account and clicking on the download link for the FSDG Cape Town Scenery, nothing happens, no download begins and I am currently unable to download the scenery.

Is there anyway that purchase can be credited to my current account on the current FSDG site? My email address for reference is the same email used on this forum and I am more than willing to send whatever other proof of purchase documentation required (email, activation code, etc.).
