FSDG Scenery Configurator

I have downloaded the Cap Verde FREE and it installed fine in my P3D v5, but when I start FSDG Scenery Configurator it says that there ane no FSDG scenery installed. What have I done wrong?

There are no configurable items in our Cape Verde FREE scenery.
