DURBAN building error and jetways not working

[trig2019]

hi just got this and having a few things going wrong i bullet list them below if you could help me fix these please

.1 the building doesnt seems to be all there missing alot of text please see pic in the attch
2. the sode not working am getting that the jetways don't move olso saw its says that its supported by aerosoft aes i have checked i have the latest one and its not on the list

apart from this the building by the runday the cargo and warehouses near by seems to be there is there a way to fix this please

It looks like you're running very low graphics settings in FSX. Please set them to the suggested minimums.
For the jetways to dock you need to download our SODElink. It's all described in the manual.
