Halo,
is it Normal that when i try to run my Fact confugurator it say ( it seems that have not installed the fact product ) so reinstalled it two times but nothing new
Help pls

Please make sure you install our sceneries and the config tool in the same root folder.

i did it but same problem coming again

Please make sure it is indeed the same root folder. For example, don't install Cape Town in C:/MyFSstuff and the config tool in C:/MyFSstuff/FSDG. In both installers you need to select the same root location (like C:/MyFSstuff).
