Limited downloads

I recently bought Bremen for X-Plane 11 and I noticed that I only have 3 downloads in total. I reinstall my sim quite often meaning I need to re-download my sceneries. Does that mean I won't be able to download it more than 3 times or can I get my limit reset somehow?

That limitation is for security reasons. If you run into that limit you can always contact us and ask us to increase the total number of downloads. You will always have the right to access your purchased addons in the future.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We're currently (yes, at this time of day) checking why the download rates are so terribly low. It seems to be some technical issue with the hub our provider is connected to. We sure hope it'll be fixed asap.
