Hi, I read
here "Jetways operative using SODE / GSX".
I have GSX, you can explain to me how I can activate jetway. I've tried using CTRL + J but they do not work and GSX does not see jetway.
Thank you.

Ctrl+j will not work on our airports. You can either use the SODE menu or GSX, but you need to install the latest version of our SODE link and disable the static jetways using the config tool.

I installed the
SODE link (in the same place where I installed DTTJ: F:\Programmi\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons) but I can not find the configurator.

Have you tried parking the aircraft a bit further back or trying another position/parking?

I have tried, but the result is identical. What's the problem?
With another plane and with another parking lot, jetway works, but there is still the static jetway (in fact the dynamic one "crosses").

The plane was either parked too far to the front or is not suitable for jetways (I actually think they don't use jetways on those types in reality).
The 2nd image shows a parking with two jetways. You need to select the correct one in the GSX menu.

In fact, to make the jetway work I had to pull back the plane a lot. In this position it works.
A question: how do you eliminate the tanker?

You can't. It's part of the static scenery. It is parked in an unusual way, admittedly. We're probably removing it when we update the scenery (no date yet). Maybe it's best to use another parking for the time being.

Ok, if it were up to me I would park where I like but ProAtc X gives me parking.
