St. Lucia P3D V4 elevation issue

Hello,
I have noticed a big sea-elevation issue after installing the St. Lucia airports (please look at attached pictures).

I tried to:
Uninstall-reinstall - no change
Inactivate the ORBX Vector TLPL and TLPC bgl files - no change, the issue was even worse
Move the scenery from addons and activate it traditionally via Scenery library - no change

When I uninstalled the scenery completely, the problem was gone.

Could you help me, please?

Thank you, Jan

I'm not aware of such a problem and can't reproduce it here. Are you sure it's related to our scenery?

Yes, I do think so.
I uninstalled/deactivated the scenery for three times at least. The problem always disappeared.
On top of that I dont use any mesh, so there cannot be the cause.

That the problem disappears after uninstalling our scenery doesn't necessarily mean it's caused by our scenery. It's most probably a conflict between two addons. I assume you have other addons in that area apart from ORBX?
Where exactly are those slopes in the water? what altitude has the water in/around those areas?

Its a bit difficult to describe the shape, since it is irregular.
However, imagine kind of "L-shape".

It starts on coordinates N13 48 10; W61 9 93, course 195, depth ca 5,000 ft, relatively narrow (like 30 meters or so).
At the coordinates N13 39 94; W61 10 18 it turns to the left - course 120, depth ca 2,000 ft, it is much wider (like hundreds meters). It ends up on coordinations N13 34 87; W60 42 79.

The altitud of the normal sea level surrounding the island and the moats is 0 ft (2992).
Elevation of the TLPL RWY is 20 ft (2992).

As for the addons, I use:
ORBX Base Pack, Vector, openLC NA and SA
The only close airport is the TROPICALSIM - FORT-DE-FRANCE MARTINIQUE TFFF 2018 FSX P3D.
That is it.

Do you use bathymetry? What if you activate/disable this option in P3D?

Tested, but neither positive nor negative impact.
What next?

Thank you, Jan

The only idea I have left is to uninstall ALL addons and install FSDGSt Lucia first, then test it. The issue should not be there. Then, step by step, install other addons to see which one (maybe in combination with our addon) creates that effect.
Of course one could also create simple flattens for those areas. Since I can't reproduce that effect that's a bit hard for me though. If you can send me a kml file (roughly) covering those areas I can send you a flatten file.

Hello,
after many attempts I found a bit complicated, but working solution.
There must be a massive conflict with ORBX Vector.

Using the Lorby-SI AddonOrganizer_P3D_V4, I tried to move the addon lower and lower down the scenery library (in case of Lorbys tool there is visible and adjustable the mix of both addons and regular scenery library).
Finally, I made a discovery that if I put St. Lucia bellow the Vector (look at attached picture) and on top, make the Vector files ABP_TLPC.bgl and
ABP_TLPL.bgl inactive, the problem is gone.

A little complication is, that after running the FTX Global Vector Configuration Tool (e.g. after new scenery installation) I have to open Lorbys tool and put St. Lucia below Vector again.

Is there any common way how to solve the conflict?
Thank you, Jan.

It shouldn't be necessary (and I wouldn't advise it) to put FSDG-St Lucia below the ORBX vector scenery areas. Interesting that it doesn't seem to work if it's above. We never had such a report yet.

Hello,
I am very sorry!
Finally, there was a conflict with FSGU. In spite of the fact, that all the meshes were inactivated, the was still something wrong.
After complete FSGU uninstallation, the scenery works.

I am sorry again!

No need to say sorry. I'm glad the problem could be solved.
