Your depiction of the Airport is accurate but the surrounding areas are not.
To the North of the airport P3D 4.4 generates a few buildings. There are none.
What there is, is a squatter camp between the end of the airfield and the road.
I think your "photo-real scenery" needs re working!

Using autogen the result is more realistic than not placing any objects there. If you prefer no buildings you can simply delete/backup the two .agn files in the textures folder.
