Missing parking spots at LGIR

Post by Captain45 » Wed May 30, 2018 1:53 pm

Very nice to be able to install LGIR at P3Dv4.2. I had it in FSX years ago.

Parking spots 4 and 7 are in the scenery but do not show on the map (using AivlaSoft EFB). When parked at those spots GSX will not work also.

Would be nice to have them and, by the way, when parked at spots 3, 6 and 9 GSX vehicles are ran over by the fuel truck. :D

That's true. We did not place parkings at those positions, I think because AI aircraft got too close to each other when taxiing between those parkings.

Do you mean the GSX fuel truck? I don't think we can influence that.

That might be the case for the larger aircraft like 787's. I don't know if that can be fine-tuned in the AFCAD. What you can do is park static aircraft like Transavia or Ryanair 737's or Easyjet A320's at thos places. A bit like ORBX did at LOWI.

No. For my Q400 the GSX fuel truck comes on the starboard side. But other aircraft get fuel on the port side and then you might have a conflict. In any case, the GSX luggage vehicles might collide when unloading larger aircraft. For those parkings the GSX passenger bus can be excluded. Pax can walk to the terminal building ;-) .
