Hi ladies/gents,

I'm curious on how I can get my updated P3D V4 installers for products I purchased direct via FSDG Online? There doesn't appear to be any place for me to "login" http://fsdg-online.com

In addition, how do I get the common "Scenery Configurator" for P3d V4?

And finally, is SimMarket and Aerosoft the only two distributors for FSDG? It appears I have some titles that are FSDG but listed under Aerosoft. I've purchased the following products over time:

Agadir Al-Massira (GMAD) - purchased today
Ayers Rock (YAYE) - can't locate source?
Djerba (DTTJ) - can't locate source?
Graz (LOWG) - can't locate source?
Greenland (NUUK) - can't locate source?
Heraklion (LGIR) - can't locate source?
Kastellorizo (LGKJ) - can't locate source?
Marsa Alam (HEMA) - found at Aerosoft
Paro (VQPR) - can't locate source?
Renunion (FMEE) - can't locate source?
Seychelles (FSIA) - found at Aerosoft
Sharm El-Sheikh (HESH) - can't locate source?
Thessaloniki (LGTS) - found at Aerosoft

For the airports I don't know the source or were FSDG online, I have order numbers that start with "ST".

Any assistance is locating the source and updated P3D V4 files?

Please see this thread on how to access your purchases at our FSDG store:

If an addon is not listed there you have most likely bought it at Aerosoft or SimMarket (there are a few more shops where our addons are sold, they get our installers via Aerosoft). Check your accounts in those shops or contact support.

I just contacted simmarket and they told me that they have not received the new installers(in my case Djerba for p3d v4)

Hi,

Concerning Aerosoft Dhop they're still updating installers. I finally can get all of them (Seychelles X P3D4 in progress) except Graz X always with an old release date...

Graz should now be available from AS too

Emilios, is aerosoft responsible for updating the installers in simmarket?

They send them to SimMarket (except Djerba and Sharm El-Sheikh), so it takes a bit longer til they arrive there.
