Cannot install Kastelorizo in P3dV4

I've been through the whole (horrible) new process of installation (confusing folders) and I'm quite aware that THERE'S A FOLDER MISSING which is where the FSDG-Apt ALT Files goes.
These "scenery\world" has not been copied anywhere during the process and every time the sim starts, there's that warning it couldn't be found.

FSDG-Kastellorizo does not include an ALT file. It is possible that the old installer accidentally removed the add-on.xml for the ALT files (you probably have other FSDG add ons that use this folder). If you don't have any other FSDG addon you can remove that entry from P3D. If you do have another addon please re-install that addon to fix the error.

The installer is creating it, and making a reference for it where it doesn’t exist.
I only have Cape Verde and Orbx stuff.
The airplane is sinking into the runway, there’s something wrong with the ALT file correction.
Are you sure there isn’t an ALT bgl to “flatten” the runway?
