Remove statics at DTNH

Big thanks for DTNH, i love it. Is there a way to remove the statics?

No. We are using a new method for our Accra scenery, where the user can manually exchange a file to have a non-static-aircraft version. We're not sure this is the approach we'll use in the future, though, so we'll have to see if users are happy with that solution. If they are, we will update our other sceneries (including Enfidha LITE) to feature that optional choice.
