FACT Jetways

MSFS2020.
The Jetways at FACT do not extend to attach to the aircraft.
Is this a known issue? Is a fix planned or should one just use the ugly GSX jetways?

The jetways system in MSFS has changed lately. Those T-form jetways on the smaller gates seem to make some difficulties. We're looking into it and hope we can soon release a new version that fixes this.
