Seychelles Double Runway??

Hiya,
just flown across from Mauritius to Seychelles after getting both sceneries. I noticed in Mauritius the Jetways either dont work or are missing (sad)
And in the Seychelles, the scenery was amazing, but for some reason there is a second runway hiding underneath the correct texture?
I'm using Navgraph if that makes any difference?

MSFS, apologies. I just saw this has been resolved in another thread, to do with Navigraph scenery priority..
