FACT ILS approach to RW 01 to high

When I fly the ILS approach to runway 01 (CIT 110.30 course 9 deg) I end up way to high above the runway to land while still locked on the ILS.

I am using P3Dv4.5 with HF2

Any suggestions please

Can you please post a screenshot of the final approach with the runway and the glideslope?

DME 2.6

DME 0.4 - Still perfectly aligned to the ILS and GS. Just after that I lose the glideslope

Maybe there's another scenery interfering with its own AFD file for FACT?

Using Little Navmap is only shows:
0605 Base
FSDG-Cape Town

That's weird.
It'd be a good idea to disable all other sceneries / addons in the AddOns and Scenery Library menus to make sure there's no other file interfering.
Does it happen with other aircraft as well?

Yes, it does it with other aircraft as well. I just chose the Q400 as it has a very clear display of the instrument.

Will see if I can find any interfering files but I have not installed anything for FACT as far as I know.
