[P3Dv4.5] Dynamic lights not working and flickering at lightpole feet

Hi Thorsten,

In P3Dv4.5 I have noticed the following at Mayotte, Mauritius and Bodrum. When dynamic lights are enabled, they do not seem to work at night, and there is a flickering effect at the feet of the lightpole. have attached an image (after landing in Bodrum), but since it is flickering at the time of the screenshot the flicker was not there. I have marked in red where the flickering occurs.



Any clues?

I have the same problem at EDDW upon arrival. The dynamic lighting is not working.

When starting a new session from Bremen, the dynamic lighting is working just fine.

In the announcement forum I was reading about a EDDW v1.1, I guess I have the newest version when I bought my copy 3 days ago at simmarket? They only provide one file.
