Paro X scenery glitch

I downloaded this for FSX:SE and A: it defaults to my normal FSX and B: creates a scenery glitch (ground is sky)

It looks like the scenery could not be installed correctly. The scenery area wasn't added to the scenery library. Usually this is done automatically by the installer. Please install again and - if it still doesn't show up correctly - please add the scenery area manually (FSDG-Paro).

You mean the landing? Try the approach tutorial, it will help.

I've tried but can never get passed 11,500

Why? Does the airplane crash? Do you get a failure message? Did you use/disable the autopilot?

I always fail using the AP

Try small aircraft first before you attempt to land the Airbus.
