FSDG FSX FIMP Runway elevation issue

Hi Everyone,

i have downloaded the FSDG Mauritius for FSX and the installation went well. after adjusting the settings for the scenery i came up with some issues.

I live in Mauritius and i know the airport very well and had a great opportunity to get the MRU International Airport just the way it look in real life.

The Terrain seems to be higher than the airport itself. the runway elevation is not correct, when the plane is landing on runway 14 the plane is higher than the runway. even the AI Planes have the same issue.

could anyone help me how to fix this issue or is there any topics in the forum how to fix the problem.

Hi

here is a picture of an aircraft coming to the gate and the plane is much higher than the land.

i have another picture of the ATR 72-500 Landing but the runway is lower than the aircraft.

Does that happen to the user aircraft as well? What AI traffic addons do you use? I guess there's some ALT file in the scenery/world/scenery folder that changes the airport altitude (apart from our own 'AFX_FIMP_ALT.bgl' file).

i don't have any AI Traffic software installed. i am just using the FSX traffic to high level.

another issue that i am getting while i was busy doing a flight from Reunion Island to Mauritius and as soon i approach MAURITIUS via FF intersection the game crash. I am not the only one getting this issue but my son also is getting the same issue.

could you tell me what i can do to fix this problem.

The latter might be related to our custom AI traffic. You can disable AI traffic in our scenery configurator to test if that is causing the crashes. There's AI traffic included in both, FSDG-Mauritius and FSDG-Reunion.

As for the floating aircraft, is there any other *FIMP*.bgl file in your scenery/world/scenery folder except the one from our addon?
