FSDG New Shop. How to Access Account?

Good day. I have been on the new site FSDG Online Shop. I notice there is an "account" section. When I type in my e-mail and password in attempt to access my account (the same password I use for this forum), it tells me my password is not valid. I go through the process of requesting a password reset link, and the site tells me the link has been sent to my e-mail address, but I never receive the link and am back to the start. So I cannot access my account on the new site. Any ideas? I sent a support request but all I receive is an e-mail with my previous purchases, not a method to reset my password. Anyone else have this issue? Regards.

Since the shop is new you will need to create a new account for purchases ;)
