The "FSDG-Apt ALT Files" area should not be in the scenery.cfg. With the latest installers our addons are added to P3Dv4 via the new add-on.xml files.
Please uninstall FSDG-Heraklion, make sure the entry is removed from the scenery.cfg, then download and install the addon again.

The dynamic lights are known to have a big impact on performance. That is not related to the scenery they're used in, it's how P3D renders dynamic lights generally. Are you sure you downloaded and installed the latest version. It should be added with the add-on.xml so you do not have to add it manually to the scenery library.
You cannot install it in FSX after you installed it in P3D though or the P3D installation is gone.

There is indeed an altitude problem in your scenery. Can you please attach your scenery.cfg? There must be some other scenery that interferes with the airport altitude setting.

Please post images of overview, cockpit, side and spot view. Please use a default aircraft.

That bug is on our list and will be fixed in the upcoming update.

Das sieht nach Standard-Autogen aus, also im Prinzip alles ok. Es ist kaum vorstellbar, dass insbesondere bei so niedrigen Autogen-Einstellungen Probleme auftreten. Kannst Du bitte die default.xml aus dem Ordner FSX/Autogen hier anheften? Du musst sie vermutlich "zippen", damit die Software einen Up...

How does the airport look if you uninstall Heraklion?

Hard to tell from those screenshots, but it looks like an elevation issue. Do you have other addons in that include ALT files for LGIR? For example some traffic or mesh addon. Might be a good idea to search for any LGIR file on your FlightSim partition.

That is correct. We included AI traffic that no traffic addon features (ultralight aircraft & helicopters). We did not expect anyone want to disable that feature.

Es gibt ja diverse Addons welche die default Autogen-Definitionen bzw. -Modelle ändern. Grundsätzlich ist das kein Problem, könnte hier aber die Ursache sein.
Falls Du ftx verwendest so schalte testweise mal hin und her zwischen ftx an/aus bzw. Orbx trees an/aus.
