LOWG Dynamic light not working on arrival.

This has something to do with effect files. Is there already a known solution?

Found the "issue".
I had activated an exclution in FSGlobal AFM Tool.
If I remove that, everything is okay again.

Nope. I found out, if i put the LC Part of the Scenery on top of the others, the issue is gone but the LC Model looks ugly than

I have following issue with LGIR in P3D v4.5 HF1. If I move the camera, this is moving too. Does anybody know what that is?
